Inventory
Add a card — tap the
+ button. Search the TCGPlayer catalog to auto-fill the name, set, image, and market price. Enter your cost and asking price, then tap Add.
Import from Excel — tap
Import Excel to bulk-load your inventory. Use
Download Template to get the correct format. Prices and images are fetched automatically on import.
Refresh Prices — re-fetches live TCGPlayer market prices for every card in stock. Run this before each show to stay current.
Filter & sort — use the pills (All / In Stock / Sold / Consigned) to filter. Sort by date, price, or cost from the dropdown.
Bulk actions — tap
Select to enter bulk mode. Checkboxes appear on each card. Use
Select All or tap individually, then
Delete to remove. Tap
Done to exit.
Market price tile — cards without a price show a
tap to fetch tile. Tap it to pull the live price and card image instantly.
Stats bar — shows
Ask Value (total at asking price),
Items (cards in stock),
Paid (cost basis), and
Potential Profit.
Shows
Create a show — tap
+ on the Shows tab. Enter the name, date, location, and starting cash. Each show has its own transaction dashboard.
Log a transaction — tap
Add Transaction inside a show. Choose Sell, Buy, Trade, or Expense.
Sell from inventory — when logging a Sell, pick a card from your inventory. Description and price auto-fill. Card status updates to Sold automatically.
Trades — log cards going out and coming in. Trade value is calculated from market prices.
Earnings — calculated automatically per show: Sales − Purchases − Expenses = Net Profit.

Tracks profit and loss across all shows. See revenue, cost, and net profit per show. Filter by Week, Month, or All Time.
